In cooperation with SIA NEWCOM Construction and SIA Echoo Group, the Workland premises were equipped with modern Building Management Systems (BMS) and Smoke Control Systems (ESS-DA).

These solutions ensure a comfortable, energy-efficient, and safe working environment – with precise climate control, automated management of technical systems, and enhanced emergency response.

Located at 67 Dzirnavu Street, the center features a wide range of fashion, accessories, and beauty stores from the 1st to the 4th floor.
