Echoo Group signs a contract on the development of a Building Management System (BMS) construction project for the Academic Center of the University of Latvia, Jelgavas Street 1. The project will be constructed digitally, in a 3D model, providing BIM models for the Control and Automation System. The BIM provides automatic matching of construction models for more efficient work coordination, with the aim to shorten the project development life cycle, provide transparent visualization, and higher quality by reducing costs and potential section collision risks. The opening of the building is expected in the autumn of 2023. The second stage of development of the University of Latvia Academic Center is currently in the design stage, and we are glad to join.
Thanks to the new infrastructure, Latvian scientists will have wider opportunities to ensure the knowledge to meet business and social needs by developing and offering new ideas and technological solutions.
