Aseri Kool is an educational institute in Estonia. The task of the Echoo Group team was to develop a modern, personalized building management system, in a unified control ecosystem, which provides comfort, increase in study capacity and enables long-term energy savings. We designed and created a complex lightning control system, with an automatic lighting adjustment function based on the brightness of daylight and the presence of persons to ensure optimal light at all times. System control is provided by physical switches, sensors and centrally through the BMS (Building Management System) system.
